      Wondering which font you mean?

Not sure what you mean by "should be bigger smaller footer image", missing some punctuation?

      Thanks.

Oh yes, looks so much better now!

Actually, I´m now sure if I would change anything...maybe I might try red color on the big frame that is now dark brown. But I´m not sure it would make it better.

The lorem ipsum -typeface looks very boring now, but I guess there isn´t much you can do about it. Has to be web safe?

    the footer

Posted on Nov 03, 2009 at 12:33 PM

As other have made comments on typography, which I agree with, I'll talk about the footer colour.

I think the green doesn't work with the colour scheme you have for the rest of the page. As it's now, it takes too much attention, in my humble opinion. The light shade of grey, which is used for menu background, would be perfect for the footer.

Oh, one more thing, switch the green used for background of "read on..." to the orange one in "Latest story..." or the one in "Introducing Wesley". So that you'll have a harmony between the elements.

Thanks for your comments. I think losing the greens will make it a bit dull (just oranges and browns make me yawn!)

Plus there's a slightly earthy and environmental element I the design needs to get across.

i didn't see your first post so i'm looking at this with completely new eyes! i realy like the hand rendered quality and think it conveys your style very well. It's clean ad looks very easy to navigate around. well done!
