The three dots graphic before titles is pretty neat, but it feels too tight on some of the titles. I think it looks best before the 1 2 3 4 5 and far too tight on News and Contact
The line between the logo and slogan is too tall and breaks the grid in an unsettling way
the highlight of "home" doesn't quite touch that line and feels a little weird to me
the icons in the footer are a bit distracting, maybe go grayscale?
You seem to have a few alignment issues here. Your misalignment is pulling my eye through the site in a bad way. I would work off a grid system if you aren't already. I would also think about going super simple and dark with this design. So logo, image and tiny bit of content. No gradient background or lines. I like the texture you chose in the background so stick with that.
I really like how you used the grunge effect. To me it looks like the area on the words "Latest Projects" is empty. Maybe add a description right there.
There are multiple textures being used here that create a lack of unity. The header is grungy, the content areas are more sleek with the gradient/lighting effect, and the footer seems to have a bit of wood grain to it. Also, the content areas seem more purple-based than red or gray. Definitely not of the same hue as the usage of red in the header.
I like it. I would like to se some project text
I love the first image with two doves! The rest is nice too. I would make the background more different, maybe with some natural textures?
Yes. the blank space killing the design.
The icons you have used are very web 2.0 when you've got a lovely grungey website. Its quite conflicting. You need some grunge icons!
pl remove the listicon from subheader and i feel ur default text size is too high then ur subheaders..rest is very nice
I really like the design' looks professional and serius. the italic text (next to the logo) is not so clear try without the italic mode.
Thanks. I think the anti aliasing Photoshop applies on the fonts makes the text unreadable. Once I'm putting everything on HTML I'll play with it some more.
Nice layout, anyway maybe you can play around with the fonts.
hmmm you made some good points. I will update this accordingly. Thanks!
