The idea behind the service provided and the layout concept are both very interesting.
My only comment on the layout would be that the design looks busy to me. Too many elements. Maybe a reorganisation, or even dropping some of the blocks from the layout could be the solution.

I know it looks quite busy, but seeing the fact that our biggest target market seem to like a busy look and is used to see a lot of information. gets bored easily ... we had to switch it up a bit.
Another reason is that we figure that the actually number of people creating their own ringtone vs people who just copy other people's ringtones is quite small, so we need lots of examples on Tube2Tone's homepage, to make sure everyone can see something they might be interested in.

the only issue for me the site might get busy a lot and might looks stuffy... rest waiting for the actual design mock...

The layout should work really well here. I'm glad to see you using a grid system, should help the final concept quite a bit. Keep us updated on this one, would love to see where this goes. Great start!

that list are the already created ringtones from that featured video . The ringtones are up to 40 seconds long, so you can have multiple ringtones from the same video.
If you press play you will hear that specific pre created ringtone from the featured video.
