The top one is your best concept. I really like what you have done with it so far. It's very clean and easy to follow. The only thing I'm not a huge fan is how you have the stats at the top (EX. "243 Campaigns created"). I would take them down in size and give them some sort of different text treatment (Shadows, lines, etc). Great work, you seem to know what you are doing when creating apps!

Are the search bars that specific to each section? If not, I would consolidate them.
The look and feel from the mockups is great. Actually using the application would produce better feedback, but it definietly passes the eye candy test.

If you are going to continue with the second one, try it with a one-color-background.

i love the colors u have used just make the grey brighter a bit this will helps ur text to be more clearer aloso on the top right corner the text prashant and logout is lost because of the background u have used just used the brighter color of blue over there..rest rocks..!!
