This is a HUGE improvement from where you came from. Currently you have some alignment issues though. I see what you are trying to do with the header in making it a 100% length column. The trouble is you have it divided in the middle and it is looking like two columns. I would add some sort of background color to make it look more like one long image. The navigation, logo and login all need some more space, the feel really squeezed. Great work on this so far!

I'd rearrange the header elements. RIght now My eye goes to "Create Test" and "Test Me" before I even know what the site it about.

the only issue right at the moment is ur logo seems to bit lost try to make it bigger or may be make it bit brighter...:)
