Logo for my own ad firm (lemon milk)

I think you need a brand strategy before you make design decisions. Is this a beverage drink?

what category is this in? why is it fun and creative? what does that do to carry the brand strategy?

what is the brand personality you're after besides creative and fun?

I like this design. I look at name and logo and understand it in no time! and for me it was easier since i'm portuguese hehe.

I don't really like the gray text.

I like the lemon icon - nice shape, very recognizeable. Because of the color, I thought it was an orange rather than a lemon.

I prefer the text to the right of the icon, but I would enlarge the icon so it is the same height as the words. Also, maybe consider tilting the icon slightly, to make it more dynamic. Just an idea.

I like the looks of the object but i find that I can't get over not knowing what it is. It is clearly suppose to be something, what, I don't know. I would make it more clear what the object is exactly. Love the colors and the typography, just improve on the object.

I thought it was an orange! It definitely needs to be yellow (I suppose you could gather that from the name, but if you had the symbol by itself for any reason, then it matters)

The grey text makes it also look a bit bland.

I think putting the symbol in the middle of the name makes it hard to read. It creates a pause between the words, therefore it takes longer to read/understand. Like one other the other reviews said, it would probably look better to the far left or right.
