The order of things & icons

Posted on Oct 24, 2009 at 11:08 AM

I think the right lane, where the "Why Sand Valley?" is not organized. I think the "Spotlight" should be first, then the video, then the other two banners / ads. I would make the navigation fonts a little bigger. Same goes for the icons on the bottom. Make the text larger, and the icons too.

    Good job.

Should the green be "fresher green", this one's got an autumn feeling..?

yes...for a golf website it should normally be greenish...perhaps the cub is too old and rusty :D

Maybe add a tad more green.

The "change one thing..." is required, so that's all I could think of. I'd have to really nit-pick to find anything else that could be improved on this design.

However, I think that fact that it's not green and your use of an earthy-brown color scheme makes the site stand-out from others in the niche.

    Nice work...

    The colors a bit harsh

The colors are a bit harsh but given the subject I think the colors work. Looks good, it's a bit content heavy however.
