    Colors less neon

I like the design overall. The color scheme I think needs changing. I also smirked at the "Gift of Healing" at first because I thought they were bobble heads. Obviously I don't think that's the reaction you want.

Other than that, I think this design works for your purposes.

Haha, yeah the heads were a quick addition for concept. Still deciding on which photos to use. So of course they'll be blended better.

How would you change the colors?

Not much to change, looks very christmas. Maybe add some shine and reflection to the christmas ball.

Yeah, the heads are a work in progress. Very early draft here.

make the children frown in pain!

Posted on Oct 23, 2009 at 8:24 PM

All jokes aside, they do look a bit too happy. I need to pay to heal a child who is already healthy and happy? Perhaps it's just a psychological issue!

This is a christmas campaign, but I don't see anyting but snowflakes to make that connection. Is there a way to reference christmas trees, or other religious holiday references (not just for christianity, but all religions).

The third child is a bit too dark (in terms of reflection, not skin color). Any way to lighten that?

Thanks for the input Kevin. The child images are still quite a work in progress. These are just early images, still discussing with the creative team what images to use. The overall theme is supposed to convey a strong message of hope and healing, so we'll probably stick with the happy kids instead of the gut wrenching images we have.

    Very messy.

Posted on Oct 24, 2009 at 4:10 PM

It looks overall very messy, Too much playing with the green color, very dominant here. I would use a bit more grey. The structure is ok, I would spice up the right side of the website too.

I suppose you're referring to the rest of the page...well all that is the CMS that I just have to work with. Pre-developed before my hire and can't change now. But that part is too come...just not for a few months!

LOVE the 3d on the fonts. Beautiful design. I would change how the faces are orientated on the graphic.
