The background is nice. The "Techonologia" font goes well, but the logo left to it is hard to see now. Also the rest of the content area and the menu look unfinished. How about a little bit of glossy web 2.0 look there?

This isn't bad by any means but I think I'd like to see something a little different. It doesn't set you up as a highly skilled software developer. I know this may not be a HUGE help but hopefully you understand where I am going with this.

I really like what your going with, as it seems very unique and engaging. I do feel like the background is a little too strong and takes away from the primary elements of the page. I wouldn't get rid of it though, just try and tone it down a little

The site does look unusual, but it's very empty. The little box, which "floats" is the only object on the website. The background is pretty strong, especially with it's color. I would make the website itself (the black box) bigger, and add more text. The top navigation bar could use some improvements. Site is very empty, one again.

i love the pic u have used for background rest eg. logo as well as tab colors are not going well with ur theme..even u can't make out ur logo...so thnk abt it...

The background is a really nice picture, but it gets too strong behind the text and logo area. Perhaps you could endarken the grey behind the text.
