I like that the design really pulls you in, you immediately know what it is for.

I would try removing the gray background from the white boxes at the bottom, or make it transparent like the above boxes. The water background should be shown behind the boxes.

I like that it's dynamic, but looks a little bit too crowded at the top. The textured logo and that banner to the right are quite "ornamental", and they need more space around them, in my opinion. And they hide a lot of photo.

I would've gone with the big logo-version. I think it's more suitable for this kind of site, extreme = bigger, faster, stronger etc.

I would also done something with the gray background, perhaps transparent would look good.

Site looks good, the bigger logo was a great chose. Alignment and typography are looking a lot better as well. The square text boxes are getting overdone. I would not use the boxes in the content area. As I said before, I would also theme the calendar to the site.

I love the new About section with direct access to functions. However, I think you need to boost event section. Maybe you should reduce the cal to po give more space ot the Event title and content.

I am loving the design so far.

My two cents. I would move the testimony somewhere else and clarify the we'll keep you posted section. Is it free to sign up? if so say it. Check out netflix homepage for a good example. Very clear on what it is and what to do next, also the more info is there for the people who need it.

Is become a member different than keep me in the loop? It should be one funnel your leading them through initially.

But I would loose the gray background and give a transparency to the calendar block and maybe a light blue for the two blocks in the header. But I really like the overall impression of the site, nice one ;)

bi9gger logo looks good but what are you selling here? surfboards? how show me a picture of the calendar of events so I can see what your site is. Maybe a tagline.

don't make me have to figure out what you;re selling. The key art is not supporting the value proposition but it looks good. but looks don't always convince people to understand what you're selling.

Change all that wacky text stuff on the right and just tell me what the heck the product or service is.

You need a SEARCH BOX at the top to think of what is the 1st thing something is trying to do when they come to your site and they figure out what you offer? SEARCH FOR EVENTS right.

think of EVENTBRITE.COM and structure the interface to let people do what the site is for .. SEARCH FOR WHAT? SPORT EVENTS.. right?

you need some interface work still I think. the designs are nice but you need a user experience designer to help you I think.,
