    white box background

Nice, I like the illusion of perspective :) I would change the background of the box, to match the colours of the large photo. Maybe grey or light brown. Anyway, it's nice. Large backgrounds look good :P ;)

Yeah, changing border colors is a good idea. Did you click through the link? There's some jQuery fun in there.

    more eye candy

We want more eye candy! :-D No, seriously some would be good. And for some reason I can not name, I feel like you should use Sauna font on that text under the image. It's half sexy, half serious. http://tinyurl.com/yfcxgp3

Nice font. We're going with this one as the 'company font' : http://www.dafont.com/hit-the-road.font though. I'll switch it out though.

Did you click through to the site and see the jQuery fun?

    Make it bigger

I like the simplicity, you have captured that really well!

I don't like your choice of font, it's extremely un-sexy and creative, in saying that what font would I suggest... I would agree with Miro...Sauna font would look pretty sweet.

Also the white boxes over the images (your portfolio) give them a bit of transparency, maybe 85%, just so that you can see under the box...

    Great work keep it up!

I'll play with both of those, thanks. Did you have a chance to click through to the site? I'd really like some feedback on the jQuery side of things.

      John

Yeah I like this, and am especially stoked that this works as I have a design with the exact same look to it, and was hoping to see it work in action before I give it to the client!

So thanks, can I ask did you write that jquery code or get it somewhere else?

I wrote it. Let me know if you need some help with what you've got going. I love playing with jQuery.

    Too smple...

There is a fine line between a site looking simple and a site looking unfinished. The bottom of your site look really unfinished and the logo as well. I would try and create a site along the lines of what you have here but just a little more finished looking. Does that make sense?

Grr... CF isn't giving me the option to edit this post.

Did you get a chance to click through to the site. I know it looks REALLY simple, but the jQuery is what I'm really wanting feedback on. Does it outweigh the simplicity?

Other than that, your comment makes perfect sense ;)
