The overall design is appealing, yet the type treatment doesn't work for me... at all. Your headings are not nearly big enough or alternatively bold enough to draw attention to them. Also the space in the right column between 'Featured Stories' and the actual story is way too much. If you moved it up 10-20px it would look much better. I'd also suggest that the 4 numbered boxes in the middle match the width of the whole column. i.e for eg. the left of box no.1 should touch the left side, while the right of box no.2 should touch the right side of the column (the slideshow width). As consequence the empty space which is currently on the right of these boxes will be filled up.

Looks good. I would use the blue color more on the lower parts of the page, to emphasize things. I would also remove the "-mark, it doesn't belong in this design.

Your overall design is very good. But all elements are not properly organized. I think it will be little confusing the anyone you will first see the site. And from the corporate point of view it is dark

I think the color scheme is too dark for a corporate site. If this was a personal site or a blog then it would be fine, but the dark scheme doesn't look that professional to me. Your on the right track though.

I like what you have done here so far. A couple suggestions: The right column looks unfinished and unaligned. I would try and make it look more like it's part of the design. The buttons at the bottom don't seem to work for me. The design feels a little bit like an aquarium so I would try and maybe change the picture to get the design aspect more across. Great start, keep working on it though.
