The second one i find in first perspective nicer, but you don't know immediately what the twitter and facebook buttons do. That's why i prever the first one, most people are familiar with those social media login buttons.
Summary:
Easy, straight to the point and without fuzz. I don't really like 2 since the Facebook and Twitter buttons look a bit like sharing buttons instead of login buttons. 3 is ok, but lacks the style of 1.

Very easy to use, simple, yet professional. I really like that logo. I don't know about you, but I think having the "Login with Facebook' and "Login with Twitter" on the bottom would look better. Just me.

Is that an icon? It's a bit distracting right in the middle...
