Minor Problem on mainpage.jpg 1 this font is a little hard to read and doesn't quite go with the rest of the theme 2 orange font is really hard to see against the image background 3 not sure if this breadcrumb bar is necessary Positive Feature on mainpage.jpg 1 very nice Positive Feature on internal-step2.jpg 1 fabulous icons! Hi Kevin - I really like this concept, its very clean & modern. I like the overlapping of the flower image into the header, the color combos & I love the font choice as well, is that museo?
My suggestions would be:
- the right column heading font is hard to read and doesn't quite go with the rest of theme.
- the orange font in the slider is also really hard to read against the background color
- not really sure if having a bar for breadcrumbs is necessary since this isn't an eComm site, but I could be nit-picking.
Why no contact page? or a newsletter signup? what does step #3 lead the user to?

I would include the plant finder on the first page and combine the two forms. Most users will probably jump to the Alternate Search.

I agree about the orange font - I wanted to add some colour, but it is a bit hard to read...
The contact and newsletter signup - yeah this is like a separate app of their main page which already exists, so they just wanted to use the same menu, but have this be separate..
I also wanted to name the tabs something meaningful, but they wanted to g with the steps.....
