| Minor Problem on http://www.imaginationtree.com | |
| 1 | This area is too empty, I feel like there's something missing |
| 2 | The title here is too big. You can use another font in a smaller size |
| 3 | You didn't fit this background too well with the overall design. I'd suggest to make it 100% width |

| 1 | This title doesn't work like this. You have used another font for other titles. Please be more consistent. |
| Critical Problem | |
TypographyPlease work on the typography because the fonts and the colors don't quite match.
| Critical Problem on http://www.imaginationtree.com | |
| 1 | This type of effect (background) doesn't work really well with the overall design style |
| New Idea on http://www.imaginationtree.com | |
| 1 | You can rearrange these like this: Use 2 button icons, one for login and one for the search and when you click on one of them then a modal popup will open or will reveal the box info |
| 2 | You can use this image in the header where is the logo and make the logo smaller and move it to the left |
| 3 | Maybe you can place this shopping cart info somewhere else |

| 1 | This background .. I don't really like the way it wraps the content. Maybe you can work that out. |
You should definitely work on the typography and try to arrange the content better.
The colors are nice but the way you're using them it's not really attracting (talking from a men point of view).
Definitely a clean and crisp design.
What struck me is that if you did not mention the purpose of the site here, it would take me a while to figure it out. In that regard you might want to consider placing a value proposition ("The best writing sets" or smth. right under the Imagination Tree logo and title).
Another cool feature would be "Best sellers" with prices right under Products. First time user or not, this would give me an instant idea what to expect in the site.
Besides "Best sellers" there is also the "Special offers/discounts" option where one can see which products are currently cheaper.
When reviewing a product i like sharing it quickly with my FB profile. I feel that sending it by mail or copying a link is not enough. Plus some FB exposure will help your traffic.
Great idea with a gentle touch! Best of luck.
Thank you very much for the useful suggestions!

Writers FeelI would focus on revising your typography. Look at using some serif fonts to establish hierarchy and give it more of a book/writing feel.
| New Idea on http://www.imaginationtree.com | |
| 1 | Ad a image slider here to feature different products. |
| 2 | Perhaps shrink this logo into the upper left hand corner. and Add a subheading telling me what you are selling. |
| 3 | Bigger heading, serif font to give a writer feel. |
| Serious Problem on http://www.imaginationtree.com | |
| 1 | This button doesn't fit with your other buttons |
| 2 | no breadcrumbs - where am I? |
| Critical Problem on http://www.imaginationtree.com | |
| 1 | Do not like this at all |
| 2 | Too isolated, try using a large picture and overlaying the logo on top of it |
| 3 | Seems like a lot of space for such a small menu - could you not put it at the top with a drop down for the products? |
Generally an attractive design, the dashed colors at the top are slightly over attention grabbing - the right click "function disabled" popup only serves to annoy your general customers - people wishing to save / view source will get around that without issue - making the feature redundant and harmful to usability.
Highly detailed feedback is much appreciated! We are working on making some amendments.
