Minor Problem Header too large
I think your header area could be a bit smaller. If you take into consideration screen resolutions coupled with large toolbar areas in browsers (especially IE), you'll probably find that a lot of the good content on this page will appear below the fold for many people.Critical Problem No clear flow of priority
While the design looks great, there could be a better flow of important information. So many things are going on and they all seem to been on an even playing field when it comes to their order of importance. It looks like the "Grand Geneva Luxury Resort & Convention Center" is slightly larger. I'd consider making the variation in title sizes greater to allow for the more important elements to stand out more clearly.Summary:
Good looking design overall. Reduce header size and add some changes to make the order of importance for elements a little more obvious.

I think your design sits well. If the number of links increases you'll probably make the background image taller?
If you want to increase online bookings, maybe adjust the form a little bit, maybe rounded corners if your buttons are rounded. I think the form should stand out a little more, right now the images are getting all of the attention.
Also increase the font size of the article text, it's too small.

Minor Problem Spacing
I think you should try to add more spacing (padding) between elements. Feels kind of busy. The site would look more "relaxing and fresh" if elements had more spacing between each other.Font
I agree that the paragraph font it's too small and probably the text column it's a bit too wide. I know it would be hard to change because everything is lined up, but if you gave more padding on the left between the sidebar and the text, it would look way better and it would be easier to read because the text line wouldn't be as long.Positive Feature Design
