This design looks really bad. The colors don't match. It looks 1999. I would recommend hiring a better design firm.

Page does not have clear call to actionDesign is nice but there is just too much product oriented info without clear call to action where user should go next. And with product oriented I mean there is no visitor segmentation. Such product listing should be part of conversion process not main page. On main page you should offer few basic options for small, small to medium or medium business with clear pricing and timeframe info. All these product details can be attached later as upsale process

Top menuThe top menu needs some help. The colors are not good. Use more catchy colors.
| Positive Feature | |
IconsGood use of Icons.
| Minor Problem on Home Page.png | |
| 1 | This slideshow here is confusing. I'm guessing the users control the slides on the translucent arrows on left and right, but I'm not understanding the second set of arrows in the blue bar, or what the bubbles mean. Are those the actual slides? If so, think about centering these controls on the page. |
| 2 | You have too many of these corner and border CTAs -- think about simplifying this down to one that you really want users to pay attention to instead of providing all these options. |
| Minor Problem on Contact Us Page.png | |
| 1 | I would remove these since you already have these same links in the footer. |
| Serious Problem on Home Page.png | |
| 1 | You've got way too many modules here competing for prominence. Think about maybe decreasing these to three each (in a row). Give the user a bit to go on, but don't provide them everything like this on the homepage. Too much to focus on. |
| 2 | Your CTA is misplaced all the way down here at the bottom of the page. Try moving it up near the top, perhaps between the slideshow and these services/solutions modules |
| Critical Problem on Contact Us Page.png | |
| 1 | The huge graphic header here is wasted -- remove it; it's just taking up valuable space. |
| New Idea on Contact Us Page.png | |
| 1 | I would remove this video, but check and see how many people are actually viewing it. The primary action they need to take on this page is to send you a message. I would doubt that people would view this video after (or before) they've done that. |
| 2 | I would wager that this map doesn't need to be this big. Try making it small enough to add to the right sidebar, and bring your contact form up so it's right under the header. |
See my notes -- I think there's too much here on the homepage which may account for the high bounce rate you're talking about. Try moving your CTA at the bottom of the page up near the top and cull some of the info to provide a more streamlined content experience.
Dont use this design for your website. You will loose business. Very old style . Change it immediately. Better buy some ready made template.

Reduce the size of both header and footerLength is quitely larger than other websites. reduce the size of header and footers.
Change the colorsColors do not match. Maintain a single background for entire page . Your webpage seems like three parts joined together from different websites

| 1 | color mismatch |
Change template Maintain single background through headers and footers Reduce headers and footers size
you are good to go. :)
| Minor Problem | |
Sliding bannersThe fact that there are two sliding banners, is annoying. Makes me nervous.
| Serious Problem | |
Menu not well structuredThe top menu on your homepage is not well structured. For example, there is an item "motivating employees" in the "home" dropdown, I don't see the logic in it.
Services vs SolutionsYou have a section "Services" and a section "Solutions". It is too much and also confusing.
| Critical Problem | |
Too clutteredHomepage is too cluttered. It is confusing and overwhelming to a visitor.
| Positive Feature | |
EnthusiasmThe site does exude a form of enthusiasm.
Hello Atul,
I think the way forward should be "less is more". Try to come up with much shorter answers to the basic questions such as "What do we offer?" and "Why should you choose us?". The answers should be clear to the website visitor in under a minute.
