The alignment of the CTA button with respect to the header box is uncomfortable. The button feels accidentally placed rather than intentionally. If you want the button to intersect the header, move it down so it clearly cuts across the header box rather than imparting a mere glancing blow. This will help boost the CTA in the visual hierarchy.
Center the menu under the logo. This alignment feels awkward and unintentional. Or, if this would feel too static to you, then move their horizontal alignment far enough apart that it is clear that they are not aligned or grouped.
This image feels out of place and not integrated into the rest of the site. Most often photographs need some type of bounding box or other elements. Otherwise it looks like you added an tag at the last minute because the client wanted a photo.
The site layout has too many boxes. My first impression is that of confusion and nausea. The header image ends too abruptly.
