#4 sends the strongest, clearest message. From it I get the idea that Munchery delivers meals to me that have been cooked by chef's in San Francisco. I imagine that it works by ordering from an online menu put together from various participating restaurants, though there could be other possibilities as well. (Now that I look at the main nav, I am wondering if Munchery is not a caterer.)
I like #4 because it combines what I see as the web site's two essential ingredients (no pun inteneded) directly into the headline. Namely, that you are offering professionally prepared meals and that they are delivered to me. I like that "Chef's Collective" is relegated to the subhead, as this is far less important to me than the information in the main head.
#3 gets second place. Professional cooking delivered directly to me still comes across quickly, though less strongly than in 4.
#2 does not communicate that the meals are delivered. It could be take out, or even frozen chef prepared meals that I heat up at home.
#1's message is confusing. The headline sounds like Munchery maybe an association for chefs. By far, the weakest of the four.
