I would dispense with everything below the actual picture of the child. It's redundant and unnecessary. Moreover, it's a very stark contrast with the image that just doesn't work. Keep it simple. Less is more.
Good work overall. My biggest gripe is that my immediate thought was that it was an advertisement for a child care service. This could be addressed by changing the text... your call-to-action ("Let us help...") could say instead:
"Qualistar rates child care providers so that you can find the very best child care."
I know it removes the "Let us help... today!" from the call-to-action, so it could perhaps use more work. But this poster assumes that the viewer knows something about Qualistar, and we don't. I think that needs to be addressed.
I don't have a problem with the contrast between the colorful photos and the matte-flat colors, as the other reviewer did. However, you might consider doing something to punch it up a bit (without creating visual distraction, of course). Maybe a bit of shading behind the white ribbon behind "Look for the..." to give it a slight appearance of floating above the page?

| 1 | This doesn't have to be so large. The focus is going to be on the image. The information below the image can be reduced significantly. Also consider and another sans serif font....something that isn't as playful. Also when if you decrease the bottom area, you could probably increase the size of the image. |

| 1 | The same issue with this image. The main pic is fighting for position against the bottom content. |
Thank you for the feedback! It is very much appreciated.
