New Idea great look
I like the redesign. The tagline is throwing me. I think invitations done right is stronger. You may consider a little more punch in the color. See the notes below. For the image with the qr code, pull the size down a little and move it off to the right. It seems to draw the eye too much away from the other detail. Cool concept, but not sure that's what I want to see when I look at an invite. How can an invitation be hybrid? what does a "hybrid invitation" mean? Minor Problem on mightyvites_home_page.png 1 What's Mighty about these invitations. You need to unpack the meaning of this either in the tagline or in how the page is designed or in what the invitations do for users. 2 What is the difference between RSVP and SIGN IN? New Idea on mightyvites_home_page.png 1 I would rotate images here in a slider of 4 or 5 examples. Summary:
I think the overall design is elegant. I would use some bolder colors - maybe a splash here or there just so the page pops a bit. But overall the layout is simple and user-friendly.

This is a lovely redesign of the current site. Your typography and colour choice work well for the venue and the layout is simple and clean.
I think you could go farther with this in terms of strategy, however. The three links at the top, "invitations," "tour," and "try it!" could be explained further. When a new user lands on the page, they might not know what to do exactly (and will not immediately sign up for the service).
So, to fulfill criteria [1], I would suggest changing the large static image to a step-by-step click slideshow or providing a 1-2-3 step walkthrough below it about what the site and/or user does. Here are some various examples:
