Minor Problem on Resident WP Theme - INDEX 2012_01_05 1 This stands out too much. Quite nice template, sleek and professional, but lacks character. Something to make it stand out from the pack, especialy in a marketplace (envato)?
Some thing you could improve upon:
- Add some custom fonts (via Google Fonts, Cufon or other)
- Spice up the logo
- Add an effect somewhere in the page, not everywhere though (example, make the bottom block have a slight pattern to stand out)
- All input elements MUST be consistent in their design. I see three different buttons with 3 different designs.

Simple is good - and I think you're successful in your efforts. I don't however think you've achieved a "Corporate" look (or will be something that would attract that audience segment).
- The look is more "Not-for-Profit" - possibly Academic
- Fat-Footer should have an area for social media icons
- "Quick Contact" form elements needs some work
I'd be interested in seeing the level 2 page.

Inspite of having some design issues, i like the theme. So, i'll think carrefully about body top darkness and title fonts.

Gradation as main backround is a negative factor. Make the main content look drop from the focus.

Like the colour selection very nice template everthing blend together just the button need to be of one size an so but all in all very good design
