This is an amazingly attractive template. I only have a few nits:
- Use more persuasive hero image photos. Read this article: http://www.getelastic.com/people-in-photos/ I've also included a few other references in the annotations of the landing page.
- Aggressively edit content area - so it becomes scannable. Read this article http://www.useit.com/alertbox/9710a.html
- Consider using a task panel to eliminate deep scrolling on pages. http://welie.com/patterns/showPattern.php?patternID=doubletab Using the double tab pattern enables you to "nest" a ton of content into a single container. It also mitigates deep scrolling and gets the visitor to the content faster.
- Design for conversion. Refer to this guide - you are already nailing a few of these guidelines: http://unbounce.com/docs/12-step-conversion-rehab.png

Great work overall. The homepage really stands out above the other pages.
If anything, I would just suggest adding some flare (maybe some icons) to the highlights on the other pages.

I love the professional, sleek look. Some minor issues with the colors, and especially the orange links and some gradients.
I'd ditch all orange links, headers and buttons and replace them with modern, sleek black/white ones.

I like the clean design. The only nit I have is that I would like to see a color other than orange in the buttons. It does not offer enough contrast with the white text and I do not think that it works well with the red background on the first page.

THis design is very professional and easy to use the only thing i did not like is having to move up and down some of the long pages maybe you should thing about putting in a auto scroll button all in all a good and professional design love the event slide
Minor Problem on rri-1.png 1 Move this button down a few pixels. It seems a bit tight under this tagline.. Critical Problem on rri-1.png 1 The hard edge around the image makes the background and image look separate. Soften the edge of the image..this will give the illusion that the image and background were shot together. It will have a more refined and polished look. Critical Problem on rri-4.png 1 The navigation bar stands out way to much. The font within the navigation seems very thin... if your going to keep the font on a black background you should try to use a thicker font weight. I know that the logo in incorporated within the navigation but try a comp with the logo outside of the navigation bar. At the moment the logo seems to be focused in that space. Try finding other placement solutions if you want to keep the logo within the navigation bar. 2 These icons don't complement the overall look and feel of the site. I think you should find stronger icons as well as a better placement solution. The icons seem randomly placed. 3 Background image isn't clear. Try an image of real estate property. Find a good image that will invite users to want to buy real estate. New Idea on rri-1.png 1 Make pointer smaller.. the size at moment is causing a lot of attention. My eyes pay more attention to the size of the pointer then what direction its pointing in.. Summary:
I would change the location of the witness up, in place of "exclusive referral"
