| 1 | A bit of white space here. I'm a fan of spacing elements through out a web page but here the gap is very obvious. Is one of the first places a visitors sees. You can add a promotion banner there. Or you can put there the social media icons. |
Overall a really nice job redesigning the website. I saw that you kept the structure and colours of the old one. It's much better this way. More balance, a bit more clear and a lot more intuitive. Good work!

| 1 | overwhelms all other content areas -- without a significant impact |
| 2 | logo too busy |
| 3 | why won't the checkout button be in the cart? |
| 4 | this should be aligned flush left |
| 5 | shouldn't these have a "Buy Now" button |
| 6 | should be on top of the page |
| 7 | this module seems out of place - and has a dated look |
Hi David ~
Sorry for the harsh annotations - but this template needs a total redo. You should refer to some ecommerce templates like the following http://livedemo00.template-help.com/magento_37220/
Notice how simple the design the banner area is - and the how the products are presented. I encourage you to follow as a template.

Color BarI think the light-blue color bar is WAY too distracting. It overly dominates the page and doesn't serve a functional purpose.
Top NavThe grey-colored nav (with black type) also has insufficient contrast. You might do well if you expanded the leading a bit. Better still, on the navigation bar, I'd add in merchandise categories, not just conventional "About Us" or "Contact". This is prime real estate to sell.
Bottom BoxesThe three boxes on the bottom are a further merchandising opportunity: I can't imagine that Accessories or Toilet Partitions would be the most compelling products in the Bobrick line...
Cheesy Stock PuppetI'd ditch the iStockphoto clay robot figure pushing the hand cart. Overdone, impersonal and odd. Can you get some real person instead?
| Critical Problem | |
Top Bar - RightWhat do you mean "we are not Bobrick...just the next best thing!" Seriously? That is not the way to earn trust and influence customers.

Multi-Language is GoodGood idea for B2B sites. You should also see if you can install world payment plug ins (Bongo) so you can actually sell to International customers who like (and can read) the content.
Add some further refinements, and some more humans, and you're good to go!
