What works:
- Colors well balanced
- Action buttons are clearly defined
- Footer works
Opportunities for improvement:
- Use a more engaging photo in the primary banner
- Recast the navigation into a navbar that is easily noticed. Right now, it is subordinate to the other elements at the top of the page.
- Most important, if you haven't done so -- from a process perspective, start off by producing wireframes using a tool like Balsamiq Mockups. This step will ensure that you work out all of the navigation issues (level one and two pages)

Summary:
A few things to be addressed. Your screenshot how it fades out at the bottom isn't bad, but would look better tucked under the white content not just floating there.
The harsh drop shadows on the title "Nem, brugervenlig & flot hjemmeside" could be addressed. You don't need a shadow there.
The button for "More information" needs better padding as well. Not so much inner glow. Hope this helps.
