I think that overall it is very functional. I think that the overall designed can be cleaned up a little to make things look less cluttered. Overall though not bad.

I think the functionality of this site is wonderful. My gut is, you would get more conversions if you eliminated the visual clutter. I will provide a few design theories to consider:
- Lower the signal to noise ratio (SNR) -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Signal-to-noiseratio Essentially, there are so many colors, shapes and images completing for the visitors attention. The goal is to create easy-to-discern "signals", that can be viewed through the noise created by multiple product shots. Many storefront sites strategically simplify the amount of products -- to ensure that visitors are not overwhelmed with choice and visual stimuli. - Create "hero Images" in the primary banner area This is a critical success factor for getting the users attention. Consider following these guidelines
- Influence your visitors at a subconscious level. This video will help you understand the value of leveraging persuasive design principles
- Test Test Test! I've crafted a very simple usability test to illustrate what users see first on some primary pages on the site. Click here for the report I encourage you to conduct a series of tests to help you understand what should change (from a users point of view).
