Design is nice and clean and clearly explains what you do.
I'm not sure if this is the final text you are wanting to go with, but a lot of your content has mistakes, needs punctuation and your sometimes uppercase, sometimes lowercase of letters doesn't work because it is only about 80% consistent e.g Trust Eventzilla for Managing events: why isn't events capitalised?

| 1 | Nav is better off to the right. On the blue version, it competes too much with your tagline. |

| 1 | There is too much of a disconnect between the upper and lower half. |
Since you're just asking for a comparison, and the only difference is the top half, I'm only commenting on that part of it . . .
The first one (gray) flows much better than the second one. In the second one (blue), the color and effects are too strong and are too disconnected with the bottom half. Also, having your navigation on the right (as in the gray version) works much better because it doesn’t compete with your main tagline about what you do.

Footer is lostHard to see exactly what you're looking at beyond the "Feature Tour" button.

Blue header on second design preferredI really like the blue header on the second design, however the navigation and logo placement on the first design I feel is more welcome.
I like it. It's clean, effective easy to find what you're looking for. I like the blue header piece in the second layout, but the top header with the logo and navigation is much better on the first design.
To me though, after the "Feature Tour" button, things seem to get a little lost, it's hard to tell exactly what you're looking at. I'd consider possibly putting the logos or testimonials in some type separate element. Would break it up a bit more and would be easier on the eyes.
Looking great!

| 1 | I Feel this creates un-needed space and somehow feels unbalanced. Perhaps would be better seeing this near the main header where the screens so it's easier to find :) |

looks like many other websitestthe work is not that bad, but it is not very unique. i have seen many websites like this.
| Minor Problem | |
Upfront and clearI like that the prime features that an event owner would care for (scheduling, promoting and monitoring) are put upfront in a simple and clear way. Also, I like the transparency and simplicity in pricing. I preferred the second design with the blue background more over the first one because it is giving an identity to the site rather than the more bland grey shade in the first one that leans towards Apple's website design. Small suggestions - - You can use a slide rotator on the right instead of the static image of the desktop to rotate through the features, promotions, etc. Makes it more interesting and engaging above the fold. - The word 'your' in 'List your Event Now' should be capitalized. - It would help more if the call to action 'List Your Event Now' could contain the word 'Free' like - 'List Your Events For FREE!' - or the byline 'It's FREE to list your events' could be made into a sticker that is more striking. - The plus icon on the top right of the feature images could be dropped to reduce clutter. Everyone can get that clicking the link below (or the image) would lead to details.

Good key USP's for your siteI would change the 3 images that i have highlighted in your notes with something that stands out more.

| 1 | maybe consider having the download app buttons closer to the top of the page |
Prefer the 1st design with grey layout which make the site to more neat , professional and the most important is more easy to read the text.
