Overall this looks more like a wireframe than a finished icon/logo. Apple app icons have great attention to detail and a huge amount of work goes into them. Maybe download a free photoshop icon to start off with and work on top of that to get a better look for it. Link to one to download is here
And some more square ones here
I think you are going to find that the fine lines of the collar may not show up correctly. Keep in mind that this icon isn't going to be very big, so it needs ot be simple and emphasis the lines. You may also need to make the tie larger.
Overall, good idea for an icon.

| 1 | There is not a text or something that explains what this image represents. |
There is a lot of work to do on graphic and concept. Graphic: Not really accurate and really hard to understand what this image refers to. Concept: The image doesn't give an explanation of what the program is.

| New Idea | |
I would scrap this logo totallyI would sketch out a variety of different logos which relate to the type of business apps you will be providing.
Contrary to others, the tie is very iconic so the idea is good. The execution isn't quite there. The tie and collar are just flat black lines. There's no depth, or texture. Build it up more. Give the tie a gloss.
I like this idea, it will really suit a business app. I think it simply needs to be more... simple. Try replacing the grey gradient with a very flat off-white one and making the lines of the suit/tie thicker and bolder. Also try outlining the tie itself to fit in with the collar.
your desired logo is good and fit to purpose. I think you need more inspiration and tutorials.. try to visit this sites check this outand lthis one.

Logo not professional enoughThe tie metaphor could be many things -- a waiter, a butler, a clothing shop, etc. It doesn't scream "business" to me.
