| Minor Problem on parfumerci-fonts.jpg | |
| 1 | Bad typography here, maybe you just should take a look for some others templates and get inspired ;-) |
| 2 | Aggresive background :-( |
I have to say left, it's more readable and i suggest to change the stripy background... it kind of hurts eyes :)

| 1 | Yelling is never good. Make sure to tell the customer about netiquette http://www.ehow.com/about_5209399_proper-netiquette.html |
| Serious Problem on parfumerci-fonts.jpg | |
| 1 | Nobody can read this quickly. A lot of script isn't a good use of typography on the web (in many cases). |
| 2 | Length of sentences is too long. The client is loosing on all angles in this competition. |
| Positive Feature on parfumerci-fonts.jpg | |
| 1 | Good use of a tag line... I can't believe the client didn't want that on their version. |
| 2 | Good size and position for content type. |
| 3 | I prefer to click buttons than links. So this is definitely the route to go for this option. |
Follow those instincts. I like what you've done. This will be a good way to show the client that the designer knows best 95% of the time.
There are plenty of articles about using type on the web. You shouldn't have a hard time proving your concept to be the statistically proven way to design and market their products.
