Minor Problem on detail.png 1 I'm not sure if I like the search bar it looks a bit chunky, although I do like the idea of the filter on the right hand side Positive Feature on detail.png 1 I'm really liking the top nav it almost reminds me of the Twitter one. This would be nice if it was a sticky nav and stuck to the top of the screen when the page is scrolled. Summary:
I like the overall look of the site, my only criticism is that its looks a bit like a WordPress theme. As previously said I like the header and feel it pops out enough and the user should easily recognize this as the main navigation of the site.

The submit a link box at the top feels much to big. I imagine this is to try to line up with the green button's hight, but it just looks overly inflated.Green button confusion
The wording is really confusing. Say what you mean and say it simply. Don't confuse the user with a load of terminology.Summary:
Overall, I kind of get the idea. Its like a digg style structure. But there are some important aspects which could be changed to make it even nicer.
I might suggest sticking the green button somewhere else like where the userbar is. See twitter and google+ for examples.

The look is great, but you should definitely work on usability. Its a bit confusing what the site is about and what to do exactly.
