Minor Problem on blog-1&2-posts.jpg 1 I'm not so sure if I'm a fan of the 'greying-out' on mouseover. It's somewhat counter-intuitive New Idea on home-page-final.jpg 1 I'd make this a bit more spacious. especially margin-left is cramped now. Might be a nice idea (which breaks the grid as well) to make the semi-transparent black background overflow the left white border with say 5 px. So ~15 px in total the left. Also increase margin top and bottom a bit. It's one of your most important teaser areas: make it stand out. 2 I'm ambivalent on this but you might consider the familiar bullets indicating which teasers are displayed and how much are present. In this case multiple bullets would light up. (say 4 out of 10) . Better ux (user doesn't have to ask himself how many projects are still coming on the auo-rotating (?) carousel 3 I read in some of the contents that you wanted to have some special jquery effects to make it standout. Perhaps a nice progressive enhancement technique would be to put a css3 animation on this flipping the card to display the overlay. (when not supported it does the overlay as you display it here) see: http://css3playground.com/flip-card.php for example. 4 'how it works' has 4 teasers (call to actions? ) below, but only images. Of course on mousover, your getting the details. Perhaps you might want to think about the option of letting customers using the template to define 1 line of text before rollover. Perhaps also as a semi-transparent overlay. (also from a seo standpoint) New Idea on blog-1&2-posts.jpg 1 depending on how you envision it, #comments might be more important than date. Especially when the company wants to use a blog as an instrument of engagement (which they should want) #comments can be a reason to check out a blogpost again. If so, displaying that more prominently might help New Idea on post.jpg 1 consider having a 'subscribe to newsletter' widget. The ideal place would be below a just read article (at which time users are highly likely to be engaged) . Also (as you mentioned you wanted jquery goodies) consider having a 'suggested next article' overlay pop-up at the bottom right of the screen when users have scrolled down and reached the end of the post Summary:

Minor Problem on home-page-final.jpg 1 Maybe put the background with an opacity of 80% ? Less strict and it gives a nice effect for a hover menu 2 I like the news area here, but is it readable? -

That is just an image, it will be made with the same style like the theme (fonts, effects, hierarchy, etc), sorry i didn't had time to do that.

Minor Problem on about.jpg 1 I have some problem with this area, visually, the picture is bigger ? Or problem of alignment as the picture is suddenly cutted in the bottom ? You can choose a picture completely cropped ? -

Summary:
I really like your template. I find nothing to say in the running, it's clean, clear, well organized, you took into account the details, it's nice to watch, read ... I love the combination of colors, sober, which corresponds to the area of business activities. In short, with my little experience on ThemeForest, if your site is very well coded (This now they are very demanding in this regard), I think it will be accepted.
I put a few notes, just a personal opinion ...
There is just one element, but quite important: ThemeForest choose unique designs, iol seeks to diversify the offer to enrich their catalog and reach more people. Your template is not much different than templates already available on the platform. However, as the achievement seems very professional, it probably will fill the lack of originality. I now the theme is not that original but i hope it will compensate with what you said plus some custom jquery effects, it is very difficult to do something original and still be 100% functional for the most users. In this days i see that the themes that are very original they miss functionality, and in the end i don't want a theme that is approved on themeforest, i want a theme that is approved and makes money, a theme that can be used by 90% of the users, not 5% of them, and that is the most difficult thing for me to do, a theme that is very original and functional in the same time.
