The Ü versions with the 2 dots dont workDid you know that this is a German character which is a different character than "U". So to me this words "sounds" different when using an "ü" instead of "u". You should keep that in mind. If it should be a smiley you should exagerate that much more. Maybe by using not a font but create that smiley yourself in Illustrator.

second is besti agee with other users. the secone from left is so far the best version. clear differentiation between the 2 words by having 2 seperate colors.
The first one is my favorite - it uses shades of blue, which represent the name. The font is cutting edge yet still crisp and very readable.
The 2nd one clashes with the name since the neon part isn't neon. I like that the neon text in the first one is a neon blue.
3 and 4 - i like the idea of the smiling customer, but I don't think this works here. When I first saw it it looked like a foreign letter. If you choose to go down this route, choose a u that has a soft underneath so that it looks like a symmetrical smile. Although I can't really envision if that would look better...
Go with the first one. It's solid.

Shine ?usually neon is identical with something shinning, perhaps a dark gloomy background and the word shines with the shadow with a blue neon-something that stands out from the black
I perfer the 2nd version because the colours feel nicer.
I think the smiley face isn't obvious. If you want to do something like that, perhaps you need to make it hand drawn rather thatn using the actual font's character.
I like the color combination on the first one. I think the color is related on each other..
I think the first concept is the strongest. the curves and soft edges in the letterforms create a friendly and approachable feel, yet the logo has a strong presence which feels assertive and trustworthy. I would nix the idea of the smiley face altogether...it doesn't work as you have it now, and I think that adding another element would weaken the logo. Right now it is strong in its simplicity. I prefer the colors in concept 1 and feel there is enough contrast between the words. For some reason, i am having trouble with the word "neon" in the second concept as grey/black...to me is feels like a burned out neon light!
Nice job overall.
