I'm not sure if the ü is very legible. seeing the dots overhead made me first see it as Blii instead of Blü. Also the roundness of the "e" and "o" make Neon seem more spaced out than it actually is. Maybe a different font would even out the spacing a bit. On a positive note, I do like the two shades of blue you have used. Just my two cents though.
I did see the smiley in there before but didn't see the magnet until you mentioned it.
Perhaps, if it will be difficult for viewers the pick up on the smiley, I should explore a new direction for the identity.
What if you made it look a little more like a smiley? The font you've chosen makes the u very vertical. Try molding it to see if a different shape would better suit the design.
I will definitely give that a shot. -Thanks for the input.

TrackingThe tracking is spread out far too much. In my opinion, logos work best when they're compact.

U?I don't understand the dots above the "u" either.... Perhaps a "ū" (with the line) would be better suited as it serves the purpose of letting the reader know how the "u" is pronounced.
ColorHave you tried changing the "Bl" to the lighter blue as well? This will help separate the 2 words and add emphasis on the word "Blu".
The ü represents the client in which they come to the business like a magnet and then leave with a smile of satisfaction.
Ahh... Gotcha! Maybe there's something else you can do (a minor embellishment) to show that the "u" is an object rather than a character.

| 1 | Can you make the "U" the same height as the L and N? |
I am actually considering making it only half of its' current height. It doesn't look much like a smiley face which is its' original intention.

EasyI like that the logo is easy on the eyes even though it's blue. What I don't understand is the german ü?

SpacingYou might want to try to ease up on the spacing between characters.
