Perhaps remove the images beside case studies and your office location, it looks messy.Positive Feature Background is good, and draws user in, but detracts from the text, work on A/b Testing to determine if an alternate background would be better New Idea Make the 20years statement larger to help fill that top right corner Summary:

Thanks for your feedback... Your right the icons do look a little messy because of the stupid anti-alias white lines look ugly :-(
The background will be a massive slideshow and change with the text, maybe i need a background so the text stands out more and increase readability?

Pretty smart overall layout and design. very modern design and good use of photo for the background. I would go for the first photo instead of the 3rd one, it kinda distracts my eye with the division between the sunset and the office building.
Minor Problem Consistent angle
The angle is different in the content of the 3rd screen. That gives a very unstable feeling.. not sure you want this!Serious Problem Too clutered

Definitely modern. Out of the box ideas are going to get you noticed. Transparencies and consistent angles look futuristic. But, how does the background relate to modernization?Summary:
