Minor Problem on 03_home.png 1 The logo is the first element that grabbed my attention. But it did not impress me or seemed interesting. It kind of feels like it does not fit in with the sites theme? 2 This might be used to much in websites, try doing something different? Just a suggestion. 3 I would suggest making it blend in more at the ends. Minor Problem on 04_left_sidebar_with_two_columns.png 1 Colors to corporate, make the blue a brighter, lighter blue? Same hue as the brown on homepage? 2 keep this black, it should be a separator at the moment it feels like it grabs my attention to much. I like the colors of the site, it draws me into the content. Feels exciting, welcoming and interesting.

New Idea Change the main menu to subject orientated
Why not scale down the font size of the mainmenu items a bit and change the items to reflect the work you do? With this fontsize you can add only 1 more item without loosing the whitespace. Both from seo and user standpoint showing 'lamp development', 'showcase', 'seo optimization' are much more valuable terms to put up front...instead of a mere slider...

Not sure if the 3 different color theme's are deliberate or merely a test but if you're switching between 'themes' I'd try and do it with soft nuances instead of bright colors. (One base set, 2nd lighter tones, 3 darker tones)Other on 03_home.png 1 Colors are taste and taste is personal, but perhaps a tad lighter (read upbeat) palette? For instance 'Retro bath' from colourlovers.com (http://www.colourlovers.com/palette/1188602/Retro_Bath) Other on 04_left_sidebar_with_two_columns.png 1 your columns start at different heights, which gives it a messy first impression... you could set the leftcolumns line-height to the right one to ensure both captions start at the same level... Other on 05_default_homepage.png 1 the breaklines between each item are to obvious, try and make them more subtle. Summary:
I like the flow, all the elements are there and the content is in the right place. With a little tweaking you'll get top-notch!

Thank you. I will remove the left border from blocks, I will change the fonts and spacing between them. And maybe some changes on colors themes.
