Main issue is the hue of the green and the position of the read more links. Which equate to call to action like someone else said.
Text could do with a little love. Use the Google font api, it's very easy and you can choose from 1000's of web safe fonts.
Good luck with the template and I hope you sell plenty of them.

This will not at all with your charter The style of this menu is not in harmony with your corporate identity. Use a light color to this area is surprising shift + tab to fly is not very pretty. Critical Problem The Navigation is too small, with the black Background it's hard to read and it could also have more style. With style I mean a better design. Maybe using a similar Font like in the Logo? There aren't any buttons. I hope it's possible to click on the Pictures. But the whole Design has very little Elements where you can click something to get into the side. You should really design some buttons for the different sections. For example under the pictures at Latest Works... Positive Feature Love the Logo it's nice and links good to the big picture on the right of Francis?? New Idea Why don't you design a CTA (call to action) Button to help the User to get "inside" of the Website and click through it... Summary:
I understand the whole black them, but it seems a bit too dark. Maybe you need more color. I'm not a designer, but something about it just makes it seem to plain to me.
