Love the illustrations! I think you showed a fun a playful way to advertise this event which suits it. the "save the date" could use some editing, either changing the image or creating the same feel as the main poster.
Hi Michelle,
I think I might need some further info before reviewing this concept. Is it a brochure? a poster? a web? all of them?
I will review what I see at first sight for now, the stars might change if you can provide more info:
Though the illustrations seem to be quiet attractive and they have some funny backend I really think they need much more work, most of them look like roughs and not a final product.
The image with the autumm leaves and the puppy looks really bad regarding quality.
Slide number 3 seems to be like a landing page, I like it so far but I think it needs some more work, looks a bit empty and the headline/event-name gets a little bit lost with the leaves, maybe adding more padding will help.
Finally I would love a closer view of the first slide, or maybe you can enlarge the tagline for each illustration so we can get better the point.
All in all it has legs but like I said I don't know exactly what each piece is and of course it needs a lot of work to get to a final stage.
Hope this helps.
First item is a poser, 2 & 3 are front and back of postcard. I haven't full developed all the pieces and so I am considering repurposing what I have for a different concept, but wanted to see what people thought of it as an event.
As event sounds interesting, I still think the illustrations need more work. Good luck!
I miss any kind of dog presence on back of postcard. I also agree, that dog (i dont care about leaves ;) ) should be more cute. Cute dog = girs buying this postcard -> more money for dogs ;)
