Summary:
The design is not bad, but I can see a number of potential issues.
1) joomlaphotographytemplates.com is not a memorable url. If you want to encourage repeat customers, you need something snappy.
2) I had to go looking for the price of the template, it's not obvious and it's hidden away behind several other clicks (on average between three and four clicks from home page to sales page, sometimes more). Put it on the front page, people don't like clicking through lots of other pages to find this sort of vital information.
3) Link to the demo site from the main navigation (Take A Tour link for example). Make it easy to find.
4) Repetition of content. The template pages repeat the content on the homepage, which is good if it adds to it but pointless otherwise. The read more links just take me to a different page without offering any more information.
5) Spelling. This is a bugbear of mine, but it is a valid point. Your target market generally loses confidence if content is not grammatically correct. If English is not your first language ask someone to review your content.
6) Templates or Template? I don't see much of a difference between the two templates you offer. Photographers want something unique so your examples need to show different colours mixed with different layouts.
Generally speaking if I was looking for a template for my new photography website, I wouldn't choose yours. The site doesn't fill me with confidence, and I can't see where I'm getting my value for money from the template.
You're onto a good idea, but it needs to be tweaked and streamlined to make it really work.

Critical Problem Too much text. Nobody will read all of this. Instead use more Graphics and Design Elements like Icons or Graphics who can replace or explain what's in the text... Positive Feature Nobody will read all this Text. 1) Make 2 Headlines - Headline one 35px - Headline two 26px Headline 1 should not have more than 2 lines Headline 2 should not have more than 3 lines Make some of the words that make the user curious BOLD :) New Idea Use a Graphic Logo instead of a normal Text Logo, there is too much text in the whole Website! Use the picture of another Template. In this Template the user can't see any functions whatsoever. Use a picture with many or more functions and Content to make the user more curious. Summary:
Interesting Mockup, you should work on the Headline, and the Graphic Elements in this Mockup to make the User more curious and to attract more clicks for your CTA Button.
