| 1 | Again double links. My opinion try to remove all the buttons from your pages and leave your customers to work with navigation bar, will be more clean and simple for them. |

| 1 | Put bellow services in tabs or accordion with titles. |
I have see your site online from the link you have provide. The first i say is very nice grid style you have in your first page but.. You have to much stuff and to much links from page to page, site is slow because of this. try to put all the stuf you have in categories. Current Projects in home page no need to be there and "i provide" to,you have portfolio use it. you have in home page 3 links about services no need there,1 is good. Overall is clean design with some good pointsbut is very heavy for personal page.. About the redesign. Is much better and clean, but anow is empty:) try to put in home page header or slider something that show your work.Overall now is much better.

Looks awkwardThis should probably be underneath your name as it is the tag line. Also mixing numbers, symbols looks awkward, this is not a text message to your pals, look professional and spell things out.
| Serious Problem | |
| Drop down menus with one item? Just don't do that. Your introducing an unnecessary element where a simple link will do. Categorization of your items is also dubious, Testimonials under Services really doesn't make sense, same as tools under about me section. | |
| about me is already here and also seems like the Freelance Web Design... stuff should also go under about me. There are now 3 about me locations all over the site. | |
| Rounded corner boxes don't play well with square edge boxes with drop shadows from your drop down menus. Pick one or the other. | |
| Critical Problem | |
| what is this? why is it here? you are putting stock photography on the most important part of your site instead of your own work? what gives? | |
| this gray bar cuts off your footer. | |
| is this a photo of you sitting in your underwear drinking beer? why? this doesn't make you look affable, just kind of creepy. | |
| Positive Feature | |
Nice.Really like this.

RedundentcyThere are a lot of redundant features and links that appear more than once on a page.Twitter, facebook and etc are already located on the bottom no need to repeat yourself.
In general this site needs to be structured. There are things all over the place and redundant links and information galore. There is too much information on the first page. You don't need to have your philosophy on every page probably just under the about section. Put things that are only relevant to the section and don't clutter the page with irrelevant information. Resume page, what is up with the screencap of the word doc, ditch that, use the text version only and the downloadable PDF.
I am at a loss as what you are trying to achieve here. Judging by the amount of "about me" information it looks like a personal blog, but it seems like you want to get some clients using this site. Keep the personal stuff on your personal site same goes for your tweeter account and etc, as a client I don't care much for your likes/dislikes or "Dexter & Morgan Playing!", wrong place. On the design side, the site comes off as really bland rather than minimalist. It needs more contrast. Use the green colour blocks to accentuate some main points.
To sum up, structure your information, little bit at a time goes a long way. Separate the personal from the professional. More contrast and colour.
After spending a few days not working on the site, then coming back to it, I realized you are totally right. Things were waaay to cluttered and filled with redundant links. I have to direct the user, not distract them... I am not too sure why I thought the photo resume was anything relevant... I think that was just the product of a long night... Same thing with the blog. I tried re arranging the navigation bar. What do you think? I am still playing with adding additional colors. Thanks so much for the advice!

| Please, use line-height | |
| Oh my, change the photo :) | |
| Oh my... the photo again. I think you can be good with just one, but none of these two. | |
| Liiiiiiiiiiiiine - heeeeeeeeeeight!!!!!!! | |

| Looks incoherent and the spacing above is too much. I'm sure you can be more creative than this. This is shoddiness. | |

| Wait... what is this? | |
| Spacing | |
| Positive Feature | |
| I just love this bar. Maybe adjust spacing between the elements on the right. | |
| After changing the font throughout the whole site, play with the logo more. Give it half an hour. Keep it text only or a simple symbol. But play more. Examples: http://logopond.com/gallery/detail/82613

| This green is alright, but I'm sure you can find a better one. This feels football. Go for a more yellow tone, which is more natural. | |
I am all about simplicity and cleaniness. And this is it. For me, it definitely has the structure and it's very readable and usable. Now, I'm not saying it's finished. But all it really needs is a bit of polishing.
What makes a big, big difference, is typography. Think Extreme Makeover. You wouldn't believe. Your site is a typography away from a good one. Go to Google Fonts and pick one font for the regular text and one for your headings (and the same for logo). You have an amazing clean presentation with a 1990's Trebuchet font. Bleeee!
Also, add a bit more stylish styling to your elements. And that's about it. You are almost there!
Thanks so much for the tips. I changed the font... and sure enough you were right! What do you think?
I think your site has a good content and structure but you should be used increased colors. The site is totally grey. The green line is a good idea but not enought. I think you need to use a darker text color and a lighter background too...
May be you should change the background color of the buttons.
Thank you for the input. I agree that the main page had way to many links and distractions. How do you think it looks now?
