Minor Problem I'm not sure if this cutout/shadow really works. This search box feels awkwardly aligned here. -

Critical Problem For the hotel site: This is a great picture, but it's potential is waisted by being constrained in a box. The photo has plenty of atmosphere. Make the photo bigger to capitalise on the atmosphere. -

That is problem because is comming with some standards of 960 grid,so i can make the phot bigger,and second is slider (nivo,piecemaker)..
Branding is very weak. I almost missed this logo. An awkward place to put an About Us statement. The opening part of layout should convey all the "about us" information without the need for a statement. -

I assume this is just place holder text. However, it should be used more to sell the unique features of the hotel (in the form of a snappy tag line). Positive Feature For the template: Great area to put an eye catching lead image. -

Strong Grid Layout: perfect for a template. This is an awkward place to put a log-in link. Most people expect the login link to be at the top. -

Summary:
As a template, this works quite well. It's generic enough to work with a wide range of content. It has a number of plus points such as:
- A large eye-catching lead image
- A strong grid layout that clearly organises the different sections
- A clean aesthetic (admittedly, by this point, the clean look is over used on the web, but I think your design offers enough variety to make it work).
As a hotel website design, this design is weak and doesn't not fulfil your goal of creating a strong web presence.
The generic quality that makes it a great template works against it for the purpose of promoting a hotel. The design offers nothing to get me interested about the hotel. There are also no visual clues to indicate the personality of brand of the hotel (the clean look suggets that it's an upmarket hotel, but you need to build on this as at the moment its not clear if that is an intentional suggestion).
Templates should be used as a starting point. So whilst this template is more or less ready to submit to Theme forrest, I think you need to go to the next step and personalise it for the hotel.
You've got some great images, so I would draw on strength of these by making them bigger to increase their impact and let the images do the majority of the 'selling'. You might have to partly break away from the layout of the template. However, a good template should aid a design without constraining it and I think at the moment, your template is working against your goals.-

Minor Problem Spacing on a lot of places is too different, right here it's too much between the elements -

Spacing. The type is too close to the divider, makes me feel claustrophobic -

Not sure about these dividers. The text is too close to them and there are too many. Serious Problem I really don't like these lines as a header divider, it somehow does not feel right, maybe also beause the menu is too close and the pool image is too far. Typography - is this Arial? Check out Google fonts or Cufon fonts. This menu is too boring, too old. One good font will fix that. -

Critical Problem This gradient looks outdated to me. I think it needs more life, maybe a touch of a lighting effect or a shape or a pattern (maybe like here - http://www.gallyapp.com/tf_themes/?theme=Hermes) -

Positive Feature Nice shadow effect, I like it I like the buttons, clean and pretty I like this, font is nice and the ornament too. Summary:
For me, this is a clean looking template, that looks generic in terms of usage - can be used not only for hotels, but for other businesses also.
I think I have seen a lot of similar ones on ThemeForest. If you want to get this accepted, you will need to make it more special, different. I know how hard it is to get a template approved there! Most of the buyers, if they are choosing something general looking, they usually go for the best that have already been downloaded thousand times - because it works.
For a client, a hotel in this case, it's good that the rest of the site does not stand out and draws the eye towards the photos, which are the single most important thing for a hotel site. I really like the cleaniness and simplicity.

New Idea on 1 step before final.jpg 1 I think this glossy element does not fit the rest of the site. Make the whole site drop a shadow on the footer, or copy the style from the header. I'm sorry to say so, but the rss logo looks horrible. Think again about consistency! Summary:
