Critical Problem Goal of the website
I would suggest that you add a clear tagline on the left hand corner of the website to give new users an idea of the goal of your website. You do not address the who, what, when or how clearly enough.New Idea Clutter
Your homepage has too much on it. It should have a clear goal. Whether that is to recruit new sign ups or encourage existing users to perform a specific task, ect... At present, your home page appears to have no goal. I feel as though I am bombarded with information and don't really know where to begin. Think of what you are trying to achieve with your homepage, and readjust the design flow of the page to facilitate that goal. In doing so, you would evidently remove elements that do not contribute to the attainment of your goalListing below the gold
While the listing below the fold may contribute to your SEO strategy, they do not contribute to the end user's experience. There is simply too much on that list for the user to process. Simplify the listing by breaking it down into subcategories, allowing your users to be guided to their intended destination of your website. Long lists of things are never a good navigational strategy.Summary:
If I were to sum up my suggestions they would be: express a clear goal, redesign your homepage with that goal in mind, and simply to not overwhelm users with excessive information.

Minor Problem on Top of Page 1 People may get annoyed with game, or video, starting automatically. Perhaps you should highlight a range of different games to allow the user to choose one? 2 I think these would look better with a consistent background rather than the blue bar with the light grey box on top 3 Not sure what "Edit" or "History" will do, or what I will be editing here. Is it like a wiki? Minor Problem on Middle of Page 1 Difficult to scan, should at least be categorised or in alphabetical order. "More" link would be better at bottom-right, as that's where your eye is once you've looked through the list and are looking for more. Serious Problem on Top of Page 1 What is PGP? Is this the same as the Claps and Flaps rating? It is confusing having two rating systems 2 Different types of link in the top navigation area create inconsistency (Homepage, Games, Forum, Buy Claps, Upload Game) making it harder to scan and see what to do 3 If Claps and Flaps is a key concept, this needs to be brought to the user's attention more. The green and red and icons are good, but not sure how they relate to the orange "ratings" bar (if that is what it is) Positive Feature on Top of Page 1 "Play now" calls to action everywhere are great 2 User benefit of tagging / liking tags / following tags isn't clear. What are these for and why should I tag? Could this be simplified? Maybe just show the list of tags with an "Add tags" button/link that brings up all of this functionality. Positive Feature on Middle of Page 1 These are good, with attractive visuals. Maybe just two columns, with more use of white space would be better? Too much text though. Simplify. Summary:
Overall, there is too much going on. Too many buttons competing for my attention. What is the user's main goal on this page? Make that dead easy, while keeping the rest of the functionality accessible to people who want it.
Top navigation area needs some work - looks like a few different ideas and button styles thrown together.
Critical Problem on Top of Page 1 too cluttered! you need some whitespace. 2 When I went to your site the game I was presented with was an air hockey game. The puck would not move no matter what, it was glitched out... Positive Feature on Middle of Page 1 the bottom part is a lot better. I just come away wondering, what is this for? I don't even know what I'm looking at and yet there is tons of information being thrust upon me.
Simplify. Create a visual hierarchy, explain what you are and then lead users to the content.
