Hey Aaran,
This is great, love it!
I'd only add 1 or 2pt of line spacing. I know you want to keep it compact, but looks crowded to me. I'd tone up the gray a bit too, closer to white for a better contrast.
Another thing, and I'm being very very picky: decrease a little bit the size of "fucking/driving/skills" lines. I guess they have the same width as "bad" at the momment, but the "D" of this first word, since it's rounded, fools the eye making it look smaller in width than the rest.
Finally (I promise): www.bdfs.com looks a little bit blurred and makes it hard to read. How are you rendering the font? smooth? crisp? May you want to try "sharp".
All in all, awesome job!

Hi Aaron,
I love the idea of a site to call out bad drivers - as a frequent cyclist and pedestrian I feel I could have a ton to contribute to that discussion. As an alternate idea to the starburst sticker shape you've used in the logo here, have you considered using something that hearkens more to a traffic sign shape instead? I know in a way that's a bit obvious - but for that reason I think it would speak to the idea more immediately than the starburst sticker does. Particularly in a situation where someone has a water bomb with this logo coming at them hard and fast, a universally recognizable metaphor such as a traffic sign can help make sure they get the point, not just bewildered why they are getting water bombed ;)

Summary:
I like it very much ! The blue and orange mix a lot ! I would use a texture seam around the orange peaks ! I can't see very well the texture on the orange background, but i would put a fabric patern to be related with the seam texture i told you. By the way, sweet work !!
