| 1 | I think its too close. |

Third versionI think the third version of the logo is the best. | |

| 1 | The name and the tagline should be vertical aligned with the logo. |
All in all its already a beautiful design. I like it :)
You've got a great logo, and the type face seems dead on. But now, you've got to align it just right. I hate when this happens. Check out my notes and the file I posted below. This is how I would align it. <--- Somewhere between the second and third.
If I had to choose I'd go with the second one.
(What typeface is that? I'm very fond of it.)
The second picture looks great.
The first one give some instability to the logo, and the third is too "separated"
I would go with the third design, but align the text to the bottom of the image. Then the two parts will have more synergy in my opinion.
I like the font type and the color by the way. Seems very professional (and that fits the target).
The first logo seems disorganized to me. the elements are too scattered and you don't know where to look.
The second one isn't my favorite because the text is partly inside the image and that feels wrong to me.

| The concept is great! but the execution could be better. Free form things like this are not my side of design, so I might be off here, but the logo reminds me of karate or fencing. The colors definitely remind me of health care though | |
i think a combination between logo 2 and 3 realy works the best. I agree with one of the earlier comments that you could play with the arm to add it to the company name and it would be a great way to grab users attention. What really has me guessing is how you can get the tagline to really work in with the name and logo and I am struggling with that a little. Idea is to change the font to make it look slimmer and more new age - give it a lift effect.
