CopyI think your site looks better but...the headline should be changed. Competitors site is ok but "The easiest way to drive traffic..." - that says it all. Saying "Increase sales with latest technology - when people hear "latest tech" they think expensive. What they have is a pain and what they want is it to be simple and easy to solve. I would change yours to something that makes it sound simple & easy/other adjectives of that kind. | |

Call to action.You CTA needs to be changed, "Click Here" won't convert as well as "Get a FREE Demo". That said, before I looked at theirs I thought your call to action should be changed to a whitepaper or something. Then I see that's what they are offering. People see "Schedule a Demo" and think, "Oh, great I have to spend an hour going through this." You want as little friction as possible. If you don't want to do a whitepaper or have the time, etc. I would offer a 1-2 page "Fast Facts" or something along those lines. Call it whatever, just offer something they can download FREE which doesn't come across too promotional...make it informational but of course, selling your solution. Maybe,--> Learn How Others Have Increased Sales 34% (or whatever) with X solutions. - then put the link to the download. | |
I'm not the best with color - I think it looks fine but the copy and call to action need to be revised. Good luck.
Only thing that i like , are yt testimonials. Change this yellow colour as links - in News tab you cannot see texts , also layout is bad there , to less text to much whitespace. Try to work on site analysis , you dont need this long menu with so many empty views. You can put all this content in 1..2 pages most. You should do it in 3 max.
and about competitor - their site is light and warm - yours dark and cold. Lights should be light
This is only impresion i get. Also i want to click video there , becouse i dont see any other fast info. If this video is good - this is their advantage.

This is a good standard design, however lacks graphics and doesn't inform users about the product, however the name is self explaining. I would suggest using full width product images in the slideshow, for example when I am looking at the slide I am not sure what type of product are you trying to present.

El diseño en general da una idea bastante clara de que estás vendiendo tecnología, pero no hay una idea clara de cuál es el producto o servicio concreto que vendes. Me hace falta un slogan o tagline cerca del logo!
Las imáganes en el slideshow no me dicen mucho de tus productos. Además, si intento leer los banners para obtener más información, es difícil, ya que abusas de la tipografía "IMPACT", sobre todo cuando la usas en textos pequeños.
Mejora tus "Call to action" !!! Puedes mantener el color amarillo para los links, pero donde estén sobre fondo blanco o muy claro usa una pequeña caja gris o negra debajo del link para resaltar el color amarillo. Y cambia los textos de los links y botones ya que no son muy favoranles para tus Conversion Rates. No uses "click here" please!!! Usa un texto que sea más atractivo e irresistible para el usuario, el cual le indique que haciendo click va a encontrar una solución a su problema o a su necesidad. Por ejemplo, en la sección "SCHEDULE S DEMONSTRATION" puedes usar ese texto dentro del botón, en vez de " click here" y puedes agrandar el resto del texto "let us show you haw..."
La parte media de la página de inicio se vuelve un poco monótona. Usa más contraste en los títulos "Custom Web Sites", "XO Lights full Suite", "Vendors".
No se si estás usando 960Grid, pero estás haciendo un buen uso de la cuadrícula para resaltar el concepto de ir "de lo general a lo particular, de arriba hacia abajo".
