Summary:
Hi I love the menu layout, how you have done this! It looks and works with the design great. You have set out the template the standard one for most templates with the 3 boxes (Statistic, Consulting, & Servise 24/7) but this is good as the buyer can just add their content and change the headings of each box. The About Us box stands out which is what you need it to do so good job.

Minor Problem on Home.jpg 1 Reduce the opacity or, use only one radial gradient for the all footer! Minor Problem on Blog.jpg 1 White space! New Idea on Home.jpg 1 Try to use Motion Blur filter inside of Blur menu, will get amaze of the power of it, besides that gives a really cool effect to the shadows. 2 Not sure about the borders decreasing the size or change the color a bit? 1. I understand that this is only the PSD but if you want to work on a Wordpress template on this basis, navigation of slider definitely needs refinement (more interesting arrows, the location of bullets does not seem appropriate. Besides a shadow below the image in my opinion should be a bit more expressive and can be a spacing between the slider below the headers except slightly larger).
2. Here, the shadow seems a bit too big and too strongly contrasts with the delicate shadow of the images below.
