Blue and yellow are very strong colors and may be distracting from your work. I would experiment with adding so white or black space, using your colors more as highlightsHierarchy Problem
Nothing is grabbing at me. Personally when I first enter a site I look for a big headline that sets the tone for the the rest of what I am about to look at. Images can be deceiving sometimes so I think its a good idea to always include a good headline that grabs you and says, "READ THIS!" Just one well thought out title (in white) highlighting one of the features would make this sucka pop!Positive Feature Great Colors

but I see nothing but rectangles. Try placing more emphasis or your "hook" graphically. A tipped over box with something coming out of it like menu items or even a portfolio piece.Great Skill Meters
But they seem a bit awkwardly placed horizontal. I would like to see your middle split into two columns with your meters placed vertically. or stand them up-right more like a battery meter then a loading meter.-

Summary:
It is clean, concise, and just need some tweaking. Not real sure if "75% Illustrator" is something you'd want to say. Although I understand your probable reasoning of obtaining jobs suitable to your skill set, but don't downplay yourself. From what I see here, I would say your were fully capable of successfully creating complex vector designs.

i don't that icons is the right answer...beacuse i have icons in the titles, if i will add more icons it will look very loaded, i'm looking for somthing else to insert there if you have any idea i will be hopfull :)
3 This part can be used to entice customers to go to the blog to read the latest news, so better in my opinion make a few recent entries on the blog, not one! -

Serious Problem on Home Page 1 i think this style should change for navigation. it is not much attracting -- and Ur navigation title should in one case - as Title case. When I enter this website, I do not know what's the function and theme of it, maybe you can add a line of adwords in your banner to show that you can design artwork for other people. The adwords should be simple and easy to remember~
