| 1 | I feel the navigation is lost up here. It's being over-dominated by the slider, the slider is kinda stealing the show despite being very ineffective for navigation. |

| 1 | Why is this not on the homepage where it's needed? |
| Serious Problem on http://suppastore.sofarider.com/ | |
| 1 | Can we not think of something a bit more interesting then just another bog standard slider? They're everywhere. |

| 1 | The grid is great - but how do I refine my search? What if I only want to look at black shoes? Or flipflops? Make it easy, REALLY easy, for people to refine the products listed. |

| 1 | This could be why your design is failing. Above the fold, even on a large screen, there are no products. There are no categories, no navigation beside the navbar (which is not suitably styles for e-commerce). There is just a slider and then all this text.
Whilst the slider does feature products, in this case I feel it's not the appropriate way to do so. Just because everybody else on TF uses a slider, it doesn't mean you have to.
Look at ASOS http://www.asos.com/
The contrast is huge. Rather than just one navbar with six links, they have both primary and secondary navigation. Above the fold, I have quick and easy access to every single product category. I can instantly shop by brand, size, gender. There's nothing like this on your site, and your products are all listed below the fold.
Scrap those three boxes at least, people don't want to go on a shopping site to read about it, they go on it to buy. You won't find all that text on any other successful e-commerce site. |

| 1 | You have a confusing design here. I figured out that I use the ticks to select my size, but I can easily see other people interpreting this as you communicating which sizes are in stock. Thus, they may then sit there wondering how they select a size....stick to a drop down instead. |

| 1 | Why a boring piece of blurb? Why not use this section for a featured product? Or maybe a list of brands you sell? Or maybe this is where your secondary navigation could go? I don't want to read, I want to shop! |

Clean layoutI like the cleanliness of the layout.

Consider losing the three text boxesYou don't need the three boxes of text. Consider replacing with images that link to more text or a page about the thing you are highlighting.
| Minor Problem on http://suppastore.sofarider.com/ | |
| 1 | The TopBar is almost empty and it is the really first thing that a user sees |
| 2 | There is not an advanced search and it seems positioned there randomly. |
| 3 | There is not much space for products... they are relegated at the bottom. Switching positions between PayPal Partner and Recently Added to our WebShop can be a step forward. |

| 1 | If you sell shoes I don't think you really need some adverts... replace this with something that really can help your business |

| 1 | Where is the pagination??? How can i go Forward?? |
| Critical Problem on http://suppastore.sofarider.com/ | |
| 1 | The Header needs some improvements. Maybe you can put the logo on the blue bar and put just below the menu on the same line of search. So there will be more content above the fold |

| 1 | Good screen, really attractive |
| New Idea on http://suppastore.sofarider.com/ | |
| 1 | Maybe you can use something like a gallery / slideshow with the same graphic, it allows you to show more products and it's more useful for users |
| New Idea on http://suppastore.sofarider.com/catalog/men-sneakers/ | |
| 1 | Try to help more users in the side bar, try to insert some filters such as the size |

| 1 | There is an error in the alignment of this panel (the 3rd choiche is all up), but I think it's a problem of loading. |
The site is really easy to use but lacks a little bit of personality. Try to focus more about products and to give to users a good experience.
| Minor Problem on http://suppastore.sofarider.com/ | |
| 1 | All those info is not so important. As a customer i need products, not informations. If i want to check for info - i search for them then on landing page, or in footer.

| 1 | This is whole navigation? At least use dropdown menus like in wordpress, where user can navigate throu breadcrumbs
|
| New Idea on http://suppastore.sofarider.com/ | |
| 1 | Make it more usable, add kategory field here, let user narrow his search faster.
|
| 2 | Many ... home pages?:) Start - simpler and shorter

You created clean design, with simple functionality. I think navigation throu products is very hard, tag cloud cannot be used as categories for your products. I dont see anywhere easy navigation throu categories. Easy filtering or sorting options. display options - those are most important functions in store. To easy find a product, i think you missing that.
Thanks for a feedback mate! Tho, I think you didn't actually take a look at demo site... Breadcrumbs navigation is not the only one nor landing page has 3 products listed only. On a side note, you can't actually be sure that the link to a shopping cart is the only one in site header until logged in as Admin.
