Minor Problem on Team_Tactics_Latest_15.53_20.05.11_Full_Page_Web_Design_05_11.jpg 1 These should probably sit lower than the logo. 2 This could be bolder and could switch positions with the image switcher. 3 I am not a big fan of centered text. Aligned left would make this stronger. -

Centered text worked really well before as I was using "Baskerville" for larger title and the line below actually fitted nicely on two lines which I think works well for centered text. But then the client insisted on using more copy which made it span over three lines... Not so good :(
4 With the green bar it pushed the images and into the background. I think you should drop the green bar here. -

The green bar is actually an accordion which has SEO rich copy. Expanded onClick. Not much we can do their to remove that...

3 With all the bold green headings and well organized grid the footer feels weak in comparativeness. Make it bolder. A background texture, reversed text, strong outline, text-shadows... The footer just needs to be bolder overall. -

2 I think that you could really use an emphasis color. Say, orange text on white background. Summary:
Plus: Great use of the a grid. Clear headings. Disciplined use of color.
Minus: Needs an emphasis color. The footer needs to be bolder.

Minor Problem on Team_Tactics_Latest_15.53_20.05.11_Full_Page_Web_Design_05_11.jpg 1 this shadow effect is not working, the image still looks flat and I don't understand why you would want to have that type of curved effect on an image gallery. -

Having looked at this a few times I see where your coming from. I think the curve drop shadow would work better if there was more whitespace around the element itself. Due to this we shall be recommending to the client to drop the.... errrh drop shadow ;)
2 these menu items don't need to be here. It almost seems like you are trying to place as many key words on the page as possible. But they really look out of place in the header area. -

Agreed, but the client insisted on a simple sans-serif font of "Helvetica Neue". I wanted to use "Baskerville" ;)
6 use a different icon, and once again, this font just isn't working. 7 these are not bottom aligned with each other. And they really don't need to be made into buttons, a simple "read more...." would suffice. Repeating the subtitles isn't necessary. 8 lose or change these icons, they aren't necessary. 9 not necessary 10 wasted space 11 these logos add no value to the page, and the way they are placed looks amateurish. Instead you could have a "Clients" link, or maybe even make a side bar column to place a few of them. 12 make this into a fat footer, with an offset color. are the partnership logos necessary, or could just text suffice? -

We have lengthen'd the footer added a drop shadow from main content container to add some depth, grey scaled and made smaller the partnership logos, which now seems to work much better...

We have moved the twitter feed and swapped it with the newsletter signup form and then have left aligned the text...
Summary:
Hello Sahus - This is a big improvement from the current website, however it still needs work. I do like the layout and the use of colors, but the typography is really bad, there are alignment issues, and overall, the page is just not engaging enough. Please see my notes...

I think so far the only call to actions are the nav bar, call us & learn more. Maybe adding a more defined call to action will benefit the homepage conversion goals...
2 I would get rid of the green bars here and just use blue text as the initial header. Change the buttons to green, so that the green becomes more of an emphasis color. -

This is actually an accordion which holds SEO copy. This resides on the current website and the client and their SEO agency insisted on keeping this on the homepage so we have worked that into our design...

We tried left and it looked naff. I think only centered text works on 1 or 2 lines. Having it across 3+ does make it look uneasy to the eye...

I thought left would look kind of funny too, which is why I included it under "other" as opposed to "problem". You have a good point about the length, and you might be able to shorten the text enough to make it fit with the centering a bit better.
Summary:
The layout of the page is done nicely and the site looks good as a whole.
What's missing from the site is a bit more engagement. The desired user action is not all that clear, and can leave us a bit confused. I think the colors are good, but are not used all that well. The green and blue do not clearly define certain areas/actions as well as they could.
The footer could use a bit of work as well. It's pretty easy to just ignore it.

I have feeling that they are to strong. 2 Check menu: Hospi/Staff/Teambuild/Events now Check 4 boxes in middle: Team/Staff/Hospital/Events. You have inconsistency here, swap Team with Hospital boxes in middle 3 If this link redirects to page/place where others say about this site/company in pros -> this link should be moved below testimonial , as a natural step forward for same functionality. 4 I see, that whole this line is wider than whole rest, but that is just bad alignment. There is no reason why this box is wider than rest is it? (if this look better, and you already checked - forgot that i ask :) 5 To intensive color for me. Your showing only 1 testi...you could show more at bottom (1 is just...i dont know, not enough creditable?) 2. Why swapinwillg, blog post will be visible in fold. Of corse styling is needed (but you handling it very well, so im not afraid). Blog post should in normal circumstances (im guessing that this testimonials isnt so much of importance) have much more value for visitor, then just 1 sentence. 3. Testimonials and Partners near footer , will be more close by meaning - better placement for this kind of info i think. On right you'll have visual testimonials (well know logos are creditable) and on left some additional testi - with text now. Combining those two have to be better than showing them separated. 3 Like it. No bullshit, just all what is expected in footer:) 4 Icon with + means that you may be allow to add ssometthing. Try using sth else, like brain, or light just flashing. I like the design in general. I pointed out some errors/mistakes/inconsistency etc. 1 effect is still very good thou, dont mind that i wrote a lot. My notes about colors/design take by 1/2 im a system designer , not a designer :P Cheers

Summary:
I like the overall layout, and I think it's organized very well. My issues are mainly with the header and the footer.
The header looks crowded and barren, all at the same time. I wish I could explain that better. The flat green of the logo and the flat green of the nav bar are the main culprits of the barren look, I think. The elements that lead to the crowded feel are the things in the middle of the header (the housekeeping and miscellaneous links).
As for the footer, it's too squashed vertically, and too heavy to the right visually, especially considering the visually heavy right column above it.
