New Idea on Elegant_Newsletter_blue.jpg 1 I might space this one out vertically. But that's just me being nit-picky :) 2 Actually it should be "Don't forget to visit our website to find out more about us" . also, why is this in quotes, if it's not a quote? 3 I'd pick some new icon. This one is like 5-6 years old :) Also the shadow is too light blue, add some black to it. Summary:
I like it. Nice colors, shadows, spacing.
Some minor tweaks and you're good to go.
However this looks like any other template on Theme Forest. Nothing really original to it.

Minor Problem Blue stroke on elements
The stroke on the elements is a bit thick. I'd cut it in half.Summary:
I really like it, I think the blue fits very nicely. I definitely like the first concept the best.

Minor Problem Border Color
The color around the frame is a bit too much, for the top banner why don't you try to use grey color or may be set it to 2-3 pixels. Also the border around read more button is too thick for me.New Idea Social Network Label

The theme colors especially borders over background highlight the image and the buttons. Overall theme colors are consistent. Using a better icon in the footer would improve this great deal.

Either try another background color or change the font colors. 2 So is this, again it might be a good idea to make the text somewhat whiter. Summary:
It's a solid design for the most part.
You should however try to show some more layouts, maybe show what lists look like (ul, ol and dd).
