Minor Problem on http://pupul.org 1 This is a bit redundant. It doesn't do anything. Use your opening statement to get people excited about your site so they will read on. For example: Pupul specializes in offering quality websites at low prices. Serious Problem on http://pupul.org 1 Show, don't tell: Instead of giving a long list of features, why not provide a sample of your work for each category. This would be a more effective way of showing people what you have to offer. Critical Problem on http://pupul.org 1 Your logo and slogan is important information. Yet it's the same size as everything else. Try making it bigger. It will let the user know where they have to look at first when they visit the page. Positive Feature on http://pupul.org 1 These tables are far too wordy. It's very difficult to know what the differences between each packages are at a glance. This website has a nice clean look. However, at the same time, it has a few major weakness.
Primarily, it is a bit too plain and offers nothing to convince me that you can make a dream website.
It's also far too wordy. The different packages are too long to comfortably read, so it is unlikely that anyone will will feel motivated to buy them.
A few basic design rules seem to have missed - especially the rule of contrast, as in this everything in this design is virtually the same size. Check out these resources, which go over design basics in an easy-to-understand way:

Greetings Rajat,
I've uploaded two patterns to follow. You really need to rethink the approach to display. In both examples, notice how every element is organized.
- Avoid graduated background (don't be literal about the "dream" website by making the background an illustrative treatment)
- Use bolder colors
- Your typography must be readable
